Questions we hear a lot.
Do you place graduates, or only experienced engineers?
Both. We work across the range, from graduate software engineers with a strong CS or maths degree through to senior ML engineers and quants with a decade of experience. Roles are matched to your actual level, not just years on a CV.
How is this different from a general recruitment agency?
We only recruit in software engineering, AI/ML, and mathematics-to-tech. Every consultant can read a CV mentioning distributed systems or measure theory and knows what it actually means, which cuts down the noise on both sides.
I’m hiring — how fast can you get us a shortlist?
Typically within 15 working days for a permanent role, faster for contract or interim positions. Retained searches for senior or leadership hires take longer, since the pool of the right candidates is naturally smaller.
Do you handle contract and interim roles, or only permanent?
Both. Permanent, contract, and interim are all common in technical hiring — especially for specialist AI and data roles brought on for a defined project.
Which locations do you cover?
Primarily London, Manchester, and remote-first roles across the UK. However, we do have contacts in other countries if candidates are willing to move.
